Welcome to Harvessa at harvessa.vip ("we", "our", "us"). By engaging with our real estate transaction processing services, ordering goods from our site, or purchasing our digital guides and tools, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

We offer three categories:

• Transaction Processing Services: Coordination and management support for property sale, purchase, or lease steps.
• Digital Products: Electronic guides, templates, and resource kits delivered by download.
• Physical Goods: Printed manuals or supplementary materials shipped to you.

2. Ordering and Confirmation

Once your order is received, a confirmation will be sent via email. Please review and notify us within 2 days if corrections are needed.

3. Pricing and Payment

All charges are in the currency shown at checkout. You agree to pay applicable fees using the method selected.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For our Transaction Processing Services you may request to reschedule an appointment or engagement by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Transaction Processing Services

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled start, we will result your payment in full within 14 days. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior, a non-refundable administrative fee equal to 20% of the service charge will apply, due to planning and coordination costs already incurred. Once the service begins, no refunds are available, as resources and time are dedicated to your engagement.

5.2 Digital Products

Because digital items are available immediately, we only offer a refund if you request one within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed the product. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

5.3 Physical Goods

You may result unopened and unused goods within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for result shipping. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will issue a refund within 7 business days. If the package is opened or items show wear, no refund will be provided due to quality control procedures.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
